one word always on repeat

I'm on review mode and now I'm on crunch time as we are only given 32 days until NLE comes crashing down on our anxieties and sanity level.

Weird enough, my mind has been putting this medical word on repeat for days. Even when I'm just chill-axing, I hear this in my head. Brushing my teeth, clipping my nails, staring at utter blankness...well, you get the idea.

Word on repeat is Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis (and yes, I typed it all down thank you)

Googled as I must, I landed on this page by urbandictionary.com

A form of silicosis caused by breathing in siliceous volcanic dust.

Exceeded electrophotomicrographically as the longest recognized word in English.
Me: *COUGH*
You: Dude, stop smoking.
Me: I don't smoke.
You: Yes, you do.
Me: No, I have pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

Wouldn't it be great if we actually used that in an actual conversation? Haha. I know I would be delighted. :D
