forever on paper 2

Drawn by Madz

If my life was in cartoon motion, that is my other me. She would live her life. I would live in mine. I wonder whose life has more design and substance. We'll converse in dreams to find that out.

Visuals by Caesar

http://www.raycaesar.com/

I was blog hopping and then I found a post about Ray Caesar. The images are very surreal and eerie.
There's a certain fragility and a sense of feminine power in his art.

"Caesar went on to work in the Art and Photography department of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, where he has documented various child inflictions in sketches.
This gruesome experience has enabled Caesar to create surreal landscapes and models with very detailed photographic textures." source

The Godfather photo is WOOOWZA with chills running up my arms. The pictures are awesome. I can't believe I've only come across with this on the TV news. Apparenly, they are now doing a 2010 Tribute to the Oscars also. But I have yet to see it online. As I've overheard on the tube, it has loads more tributes such as Casablanca, West Side Story, Memoirs of A Geisha, Inglorious Basterds, etc.

I can't wait to post the 2010 tributes. This annual competition is good for my eyes and the movie fan in me as well!

hi cupid!

Okay so cupid hasn't actually gift wrapped the man of my dreams yet. But he's getting there.

So, I treated myself to all 13 episodes of Glee. And I'm officially hooked! Oh the month of April, please do come so I may have another dose of your episodes.
I'd like to give all the juicy details of Glee but I suggest you watch it instead.

A little Valentine's lovin' for myself.

Here's a little heart art masterpieces I've come across with.

I just had to post this collection because it's simply remarkable to think of the Disney Characters as dark and sinister. I get the creeps just staring at one.

My favorite would be between Kida and Pocahontas. Who's yours?

hand art.

This has got to be an almost perfect star we almost usually do, but this time we included our own hint of artistic love in there.

Honestly, mostly done by madz but this surely reflects our individuality.
