August 26-28 As a health professional, this is a first step for me getting involved in seminars which is pretty exciting. We tackled about basic life support, healthcare CPR w/ AED and ACLS seminar (ECG reading & Intubation). Sorry for the out of this world acronyms. :D The instructors, Sir Johnathan and Sir Lloyd, are experts at this. I thank them for their humor and knowledge that they've imparted.
a little one-on-one with our subject
my hands were so sweaty right after because i kept getting it wrong the first time.haha
AED= automated external defibrillator (pure genius!)
our fellow batchmates with our instructors
