never knowing if there's solid ground below

I've officially moved to another flat. It took a lot of muscles to move those luggages from one part of the neighborhood to another though. Good thing, the place was just a walk away. Just imagine my friends and I dragging baggages from the streets to the park and everywhere else. We saw a fox while we're at it too!haha I've only just stayed in my previous flat for 3 months and I had to move due to conflicting demands and some racial harassment.

I've moved in to a lovely flat with wonderful people in it. The first night was still the adjustment stage. On the second night, I was fully adjusted. My transition phase is that quick really. I have yet to really organize my things but as long as I have a roof over my head, that's all that matters.

Oh how I hate the reasons why you had to move, but it's good that you already feel better in the new flat! Hope you'll have a good time in there :) xx And by the way, love the photo!

Congrats on the happy move - rats on the reasons for having to do it. But it's for the best, yes?

Sorry to hear about why you had to move, that's terrible. But at least your new place sounds lovely! I hope you're having a wonderful time there! :)

We can't avoid racial harassments. It happens everywhere, not just in the western world. Here in the Philippines, admit it or not. We treat other races differently. Every kid here, for example, makes fun of African looking dark skinned people.

Don't worry. They don't know you. Just bounce and don't let them bother you. You'll find your niche. You'll see. Just move one.

It’s a shame to know that you’ve to move partly due to racial harassment. I don’t understand that at this time and age, how could people still be so narrow-minded. Anyway, I’m glad to hear that you’re happy at your new place and found some fun in the process of it all! I would love to spy a fox too!

Love,
Jo

Google Account wouldn't let me post as my name on everyone’s blogger a/c except mine so I've got to indicate that I'm Jo of iamjolene.blogspot.com. For blogs with anonymous-enabled commenting, I tried posting as anonymous too but it led me back to the log in page except for 1 person’s blog so far. I hope this would work on your blog.
