Parliamo Glasgow

The light rain and strong winds drenched our moods a wee bit but we shrugged it all off when we finally got to Glasgow. During the bus ride, I kind of decided to go vegan when I saw that sheeps were being hauled inside a truck probably waiting for them to drop them at a slaughter house. *shudder* I had my plate full of salad and pastries for lunch instead. I'm trying to see how long I can keep this up. (For dinner, I had a quarter pounder at McDonald's *FACESLAP*)

Glasgow city centre has so much shops right across each other that it's almost impossible not to to go in and take a look. They have almost the same shops as Edinburgh's but what the latter lacks is Primark. It had my undivided attention and I was too confused where to even start, thus my shopping fever began. Damn this temptation to use my debit card!haha

I've noticed people wear too much black in Glasgow and the young people have awesome kicks with snazzy looking headphones. Their scottish accent is so heavy and as usual, un-decipherable. We had our Glaswegian accents ready but we didn't bother using it anymore. /glas-goo/

I wished we had more time to explore outside the city centre because I sneakily wanted to find the concert halls where all the big rock bands play. The O2 Academy and SECC are now on my list!

The next time we go back we're aiming for the 1 pound ticket. Yes, it's possible.

Great pictures!! Wish I could be vegan I have tried and failed too many times. It would break my heart to see sheep get hauled in to be killed. : (

I gave you an award on my site!!

Interesting observation about the colours folk wear. It's cuz of the weather.
